*Please read and follow all steps/directions carefully to correctly book your Custom Tooth Gem Session! * All Custom Tooth Gem Sessions must go through the consultation phase first. Consultations are free of charge so, get creative with your desired Tooth Gem request. *Booking your appointment without a consultation will result in your appointment being cancelled. NO EXCECTIONS! Consultation can be held via phone by calling (330) 946-0923 or please follow instructions below when submitting your ideas for your gem design. *This is (Step 1) in our booking phase for Tooth Gem services that require more than one Tooth Gem! One (single) Tooth Gem can be added to any Teeth Whitening Session at the time of your service for an additional fee. Any more than (1) Tooth Gem will be considered custom and will require an additional appointment and must go through the complete consultation phase. Prices on Custom Tooth Gem💎 designs are based on style & design! *Please TEXT me at (330) 946-0923 with your name, picture of custom gem style/design for accurate pricing! Please allow at least 24 hours for a response! Tooth Gem example styles can be viewed in photo gallery or please feel free to submit your own. Booking your Custom Tooth Gem appointment on this page will result in cancellation and you will be asked to rebook your appointment through our next phase which is (Step 2) upon completion of (Step 1). Once a specific design has been chosen, through (Step 1) you will be given the price on your specific service and will be directed to book your appointment through (Step 2).
