Service Description

Now that you have completed (Step 1) which is your consultation phase, your now ready to book your actual Custom Tooth Gem Session. A $35 deposit is required to book your Custom Tooth Gem Session. Via Once your deposit is received, you'll receive conformation of your appointment followed by an invoice of your remaining balance which must be paid upon completion of your services. Tooth Gems start at $50 for one single Swarovski Crystal Gem. Prices may vary depending on more complex designs and styles and will be quoted at time of your phone consultation. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we will reschedule your appointment ONCE upon schedule availability. Rescheduled appointments will be based upon OUR availability. Late Fees: You will be charged an additional $20 if arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment. At that time, session and late fee must be paid prior to the start of your session. Appointments will be canceled completely after 15 minutes . NO EXCEPTIONS!
